Can I place an order on (open) account?
Ordering and payment on account is available for businesses, companies, authorities, and public institutions from Germany & Austria. To order on account, please add the desired products and quantities to your shopping cart and then select the “Purchase on Account” option under payment methods at checkout. After receiving the goods, please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within the specified payment period.
Alternatively, send your official, written order on company letterhead as an email attachment to info@firemat.de. If you first need to set up KeyCoon GmbH as a supplier in your system, please use the master data from our Legal Notice
Your written order must include the following information:
- The desired item numbers or product names and quantities
- Billing and shipping address
Additionally, if desired, you can include your internal purchase order number or any other reference on the order that should appear on the invoice. Upon receipt and processing of your order, you will receive an order confirmation, the invoice, and further information regarding delivery via email.

Direct Branch Delivery
If you have multiple branches and require direct delivery, we are happy to offer this service. Simply send us your order via email with details of the billing address and the desired shipping addresses, including the corresponding products and quantities.
